Returns Policy

 

All sales are final.

 

Discounts

Discount coupons must be applied at the time of contact/purchase and cannot be applied after the fact. Make sure your coupon has been applied before checking out/payment. If you are having trouble, please email georginagiasierra@gmail.com before completing your purchase.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of payment.

Cancellations with at least 48 hours' notice will result in the rescheduling of the reading.

 

In both cases, there is no guarantee the rescheduled appointment will be close to the original date of the reading. The time limit to reschedule is 3-6 months ahead depending on availability.

Hours of Operation

Email Support

Monday through Friday – 9:30 am to 4:00 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.

Readings conducted on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Saturday and Sunday – closed (except for custom readings. Email me to confirm and organise).

 

Emails are checked at least once a day. On the weekends, response time may be longer. I sometimes reply on the weekends, but don’t guarantee availability outside of normal business hours.

If Georgina wishes to use charts in presentations, expressed approval from the data holder will be obtained in writing before doing so. All names and birth data will not be shared at any time.
