I have explored how eclipses can change your life and tie in with taking new paths. I have explored how the preceding full moon can bring lessons, endings, and beginnings. In following on from this month's theme about eclipse season upon us, I am going to explore karma.
You see this New Moon is a Black Moon. It is the second full moon in a calendar month and flips the pattern. The moon phases are the same but for a while now we’ve had the New Moon at the start of the month we now have the Full Moon first. Bringing in this new cycle we have a partial solar eclipse as well in Taurus.
If you remember earlier this year in January, we had the nodal axis change signs to Taurus and Scorpio. This is a new energy shift. It is calmer and more deep compared to what we had 18 months before the shift when the nodes were in the Gemini/Sagittarius axis.
The New Moon eclipse in Taurus now will be activating this nodal axis energy. Look to your chart where Taurus and Sagittarius lie and any planets in those houses. That is where you will be feeling this eclipse more. If you don’t know your chart, go to astro.com and enter your birth details. See where the Taurus glyph is (it looks like a bull: ♉️) and that is where this New Moon eclipse will take place.
There is a feeling that you need to venture and do things that you haven't done before. It will feel strange, it will feel new and it will feel karmic. You will feel like it’s something that needs to be done but has no idea how to go about it. Well, this eclipse will put you on the right path to fulfill that destiny.
How? I will give you a run down below.
Taurus in 1st House: With the Full Moon in your house of the self, there will be a shift in how you see yourself. It is time to put yourself first. You have spent too much time helping others. Put the oxygen mask on yourself…stat!
Taurus in 2nd House: How you value yourself and how you make your money is important. You see money isn’t bad. It is an energy exchange. Tit for tat as they say. But don’t give it if you aren’t going to get a tat. Make sure you are being paid the exact value for the service you are providing.
Taurus in 3rd House: Talking about the weather and all those superficial conversations will not cut it for you anymore. From now on you will start seeing the truth of things and the core of people. You want those honest and real conversations.
Taurus in 4th House: Family history will be unearthed. There may be a story that comes to light about a long-lost aunt a couple of generations ago that gives you a clue to your current circumstances. It isn’t history repeating itself so to speak but a clue as to how to break that family pattern.
Taurus in 5th House: It is time to nurture your inner child. It is time to have fun again. It is time to be truthful about what makes your soul sing.
Taurus in 6th House: Long-term eating habits will be highlighted. Is there something that you go to for emotional support? Do you crave chocolate when push comes to shove or things get tough? It may be time to find other ways to deal with the hard stuff in life and preserve your health at the same time.
Taurus in 7th House: Having loving relationships that are deep and sensual are key in this new cycle. Superficial physical connections just don’t cut it for you anymore. There needs to be a deeper connection with your other half.
Taurus in 8th House: The focus is on sustainable living with your other half or business partner. How will you both go forward financially? You both can’t do it alone. Teamwork is key and it is time to do things in a new way.
Taurus in 9th House: Travel and opening your mind to things that you haven’t experienced before will be a theme for the next year. Prepare to have your mind blown with wonderful experiences and higher learning.
Taurus in 10th House: Your career will jump an energy level over the next year. Great opportunities can appear that will put you in the spotlight.
Taurus in 11th House: The eclipse is taking place in your house of wishes and dreams. It can bring your dreams to fruition. It also puts highlights where you stand with friends and larger groups. New people will come into your life…people that you wished for that are kindred spirits may finally cross your path.
Taurus in 12th House: The focus during this eclipse is all on the dissolution of your ego and your connection with your higher self and the divine. It is time to meditate more. It is time to get to know your true self more.
So it is an exciting time when our destiny is being brought into our faces fast. Our karma is being highlighted and the eclipse wants us to deal with it. These themes were explored in your life 18 years ago so look back to see how things were then. They will be revisited. And if you are 18 years old or younger, it will be something entirely new for you but will be revisited in 18 years or so for you from now. Yet this isn’t the end of it. We have another eclipse coming in a couple of weeks that will help bring about the endings you've been waiting for. These eclipses will be revisited in 6 months as well. So the Universe definitely wants us to pay attention.
